Research use only

This is the most important term on this page.

Every product sold here is supplied for laboratory research use only. Nothing sold here is a drug, a dietary supplement, a food or a cosmetic. Nothing sold here is approved by the FDA for any use in humans or animals, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Our products are not for human or animal consumption, and must not be administered to a human or an animal, or applied to the body, under any circumstances. They must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

By ordering you confirm that you are qualified to handle research materials, that you will use them only for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research, and that you will comply with the laws and institutional rules that apply to you. Responsibility for how a product is stored, handled, used and disposed of passes to you on delivery.

Who may buy

You must be 21 years of age or older to order. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may ask for confirmation of a research purpose before we ship.

No advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we cannot give dosing, administration or usage guidance. Our team can answer questions about a compound’s specification, its certificate of analysis, its storage, and your order. We will not answer questions about human or animal use, and asking will not change that.

Product information

We publish a certificate of analysis for every lot, showing the purity, identity and endotoxin result for that batch, matched to the lot number on the vial. Specifications such as molecular formula, molecular weight and CAS number are taken from those certificates.

Images are for illustration. Labels, vial presentation and packaging can change between batches. Where a figure on this site and the certificate for your lot disagree, the certificate is correct.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is applied where it is due.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept it and ship, not when you pay, and we may decline an order or cancel one before despatch, refunding you in full. We correct obvious pricing errors rather than being held to them.

Payment is taken by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to resell our products as anything other than research materials, to misrepresent what they are, or to attack, scrape or disrupt the site.

Our content

The text, images, branding and layout on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We warrant that a product matches the certificate of analysis for its lot. We give no other warranty, express or implied.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use or misuse of a product, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of a product outside these terms, including any use in or on a human or an animal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
