Shipping policy
How and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
We cannot ship to a PO box for orders that require a signature, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping method and cost
All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $14.00, whatever the size of the order.
USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered in 1 to 3 business days after despatch, but that is the carrier’s estimate and not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with USPS, its progress is outside our control.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel names the contents or this company.
Lyophilised material is stable in transit and does not require cold-chain shipping. Store it as directed on the label once it arrives.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships, and it is also on the order in your account. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of despatch, contact us and we will open an enquiry with USPS.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Tell us within 5 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier if a parcel arrives damaged, arrives incomplete, or is marked delivered but is not there. After 5 days we may not be able to make a claim with the carrier.
Email [email protected] with your order number and, for damage, a photograph of the parcel and its contents as received.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address given at checkout. If that address is wrong and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you and can reship it once the return reaches us. Reshipping is charged at the standard $14.00 rate.
