Quality and testing

Every batch is checked for purity and identity, and the results are published as a certificate of analysis matched to the lot number on the vial. Purity becomes a reference you can cite, not a claim you are asked to trust.

Three checks, one record

Each batch passes through the same sequence before it is listed. The output of every step ends up on one document you can look up by lot number.

01

HPLC purity analysis

High-performance liquid chromatography separates a sample into its components. The main peak share of the total signal is the purity figure reported for the batch.

Graded against the published purity spec
02

Mass spec identity

Mass spectrometry measures the molecular mass of the sample and compares it with the expected mass of the compound, confirming the vial holds what the label says.

Identity confirmed per batch
03

Batch COA published

Results are compiled into a certificate of analysis, matched to the lot number printed on the vial and published in the COA library.

Anatomy of a COA

A certificate is only useful if you know where to look. These are the six fields worth checking against the vial in front of you.

  1. 1 Lot number Must match the lot printed on your vial label. This is the link between the document and the vial.
  2. 2 Test date When the batch was analysed, so you know which production run the report describes.
  3. 3 Method The analytical techniques used, typically HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity.
  4. 4 Purity result The HPLC figure for this batch, read against the published purity specification.
  5. 5 Identity result Whether the measured mass matched the expected mass of the compound.
  6. 6 Lab signature The testing laboratory sign-off, which makes the report attributable.
